Breeding conditions:
200€ VAT excluded → Technical fee for reservation (must be paid at the contract signature – not refundable)
2 possibilities:
- 750€ VAT excluded if paid for the date = max. 1st October 2024. (If mare is in foal.)
- 900€ VAT excluded if paid at the birth of the foal. (If alive after 48h.)
The buyer must inform the seller of the foreseen birthdate of the foal. The buyer pays the stud fee before 1st October 2024 OR max. 8 days after the birthdate (depending on the ticked possibility). If payment not received for the correct date, interests will be charged.
