After a nice 7th place finish in the 1.40m class on Thursday, Vipreska De La Faize pushed a little hard in the 1.45m speed final on Saturday against the 30 best riders from the first 3 days. For this final, Gregory put the pedal to the medal and despite only having a bit of experience at this height and even more so, at this speed, Virpreska went for broke, finishing this tour in a record time before being beat by the second to last pair. “I am very happy with my mare as she showed, throughout the three days, that she has what it takes to compete at this level at these shows. I feel like she made progress from class to class. And in the end, she became very competitive.”
