Over the past weekend in St. Gallen, Gregory once again was a member of the team for the Super League Nation’s Cup, competing with CitizenGuard Cadjanine. The other riders were Niels Bruynseels, Dire Demeersman and Rik Hemeryck. In the first round, Belgium finished with 9 penalty points (Niels Bruynseels with 4 points, Dirk Demeersman with four points, Rik Hemeryck with just one time penalty and Gregory with 8 faults). The second round resulted in heavier penalties as our team finished with 12 points over all (Niels with 12 points, Dirk with 4 points, Rik with 4 points, and Gregory with 8 points). In total, the score of 25 points meant Belgium would drop to second place in the overall rankings (losing the first place position that the team held prior to this show). This week, it was Holland who took this leg of the Super League.
