Superb news for Seacost Forlap and Gregory at Lummen with their victory in the 7 year-old Championship. Congratulations to this couple who gave us some beautiful moments.
Unfortunately, Viking and Vipreska did not succeed in qualifying for the final and Gregory preferred to not enter them in the consolation class. Escape, who just joined Gregory’s team three weeks ago had his debut under Gregory’s saddle. His results are promising… two days without faults and one day with four faults. Shaitan completed his courses with four faults each day and Vargas de St Hermelle similarly had eight faults over the show with one rail down each day. Meanwhile these horses performed well over the course of the show.
Banda de Hus was entered in the CSIO. After the first class which was used as a schooling class the first day, she won the 1.50m the second day. In the GP which consisted of two rounds, the mare committed one fault in the first round and was qualified for the second round. Gregory retired in the second round after 2 fault in the beginning.
