After a long week with six days of showing and various classes ranging from those reserved for young horses (from 5 to 7 years of age) and classes for more experienced horses from 1.10m to 1.50m, the show conluded with the Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon. Gregory was entered on Algorythem. After 60 horses had gone, the pair entered the ring and jumped a magnificent, clear first round in order to qualify for the jump-off. Overall, 14 horse/rider combinations made it to the jump off with Gregory and Algorythem 11th in the order. The pair entered the ring and gave it everything they had – a strategy that paid off well! Gregory and Algorythem produced the fastest clear round in the class – launching them into 1st place and ultimately unbeatable, earning them the win in this CSI-3* Grand Prix of Lummen.
