Desteny
It was a strange Nation’s Cup took place in Switzerland for the CSIO of St. Gallen. In light of the damaged terrain, this competition ran over just one round. With 8 faults total, Belgium landed at the top of the class, tied with the English, Swiss, and Irish, thus requiring a jump off to determine a winner. After their beautiful first round with an unfortunate 4 faults, it was Gregory and Desteny that were selected to represent Belgium in the jump off. Their tempo was very good but Gregory returned a little strong upon entering the double which provoked a fault by Desteny on the oxer coming out. But Belgium finished well, in 3rd place, in this stage of the super league.
