Last round for Gregory and hence last possibility to consolidate his qualification for the world cup final in Omaha! For this round in Bordeaux, he had decided to take Forlap with him, and it was a great success. After a first clear round, he had to fight for speed given the large number of participants to the jump off, whilst ensuring some necessary points to qualify for the final. Unfortunately, a small fault on number 2 deprived them of the podium, because the time was really good. They still finish in 9th position for this first big GP for Forlap since his comeback. And at the same time, 8 additional points for the world cup ranking and hence a qualification for the big final in Omaha
