Long and hard week for this World Cup final in Omaha, but what a week for this recently reunited couple!  It all started on Thursday with the speed class, where they realized a perfect round, fast but without unnecessary efforts resulting in a 4th place and so they were well placed from the start. On Friday was the first really big test for the present couples in order to reach the best possible place for Sunday's final. In this very demanding course, only 6 couples managed to realize a clear round, among them Gregory with an unbelievable Forlap who flew over the course. Then came the jump off to determine the ranking. And again Forlap enjoyed himself by realizing a brilliant and fast course, finishing 2nd of the class but also climbing to the 2nd place of the general ranking.. but this is maybe this loosestrife that cost them their first fault on the number 4, the first jump of the double. 4 points in the first round, but all cards still in his hands to stay on the podium, but this time no mistake allowed. Everything started well but unfortunately Gregory entered in the triple with a bit too much pressure, which cost him 4 fatal points and excluded them from the podium, to finish however at a beautiful 7th place in the general ranking. All in all, this is very positive for their first big championship together. And for Gregory's first World Cup final.
