Corée flies over Shanghai Grand Prix

After starting the outdoor season in very good shape, with very beautiful performances at the CSI5* of Mexico and Miami, Corée simply shined during this 3rd stage of the GCT in China.

First with the qualifier in the beginning of the afternoon where 35 riders acceded to the GP. She went through this round without a hitch before starting the difficult GP a few hours later. After a perfect first clear round, Corée opened the doors of the jump off along with 11 other couples. It would be very fast. Starting first, Gregory had no choice but to take all the risks and put pressure on the others. He immediately attacked and Corée played along, and realised a clear round with a very good time. He then watched the jump off, hoping nobody would beat his time, which seemed unbeatable to some people.

Nobody managed to go faster and Gregory and his team could celebrate this brilliant victory. "Again, I can only be proud of Corée. Every time it is important, she is present and gives me everything. I knew it would happen at some point, because we had 6 GP in a row, of which my last 5 GP 5* where my horses jumped really good but always finished with 4 points. This bad luck since the beginning of the year could only turn. This was the case yesterday with Corée. This mare is really fantastic, she proved she can really be fast and win anywhere, be it on a large area like in Aachen, or a smaller one like here. I am really proud to have such a mare."
